With LEED/IGBC/GRIHA certified and ECBC Master trainer on staff, we continue to expand the boundaries of sustainable design.
We perform whole-building environmental and energy analysis and modeling throughout design and into occupancy to predict and measure operational performance. Our advanced analytical tools allow us to provide data-driven strategies to maximize energy savings, increase occupant comfort, reduce carbon footprints and effectively incorporate renewable energy. We use advanced daylight simulation and modeling tools – such as Ecotect, Radiance, AGI32, DIVA and Ladybug – to achieve comfortable, naturally lit spaces that reduce the need for electric lighting, control glare, balance heat gain versus heat loss and reduce the energy load of a building. Too often, design begins without fully understanding climatic conditions, and without fully defining what comfort actually means for the particular building type, space type and location. We offer climate/comfort analysis at the concept stage to provide optimal occupant comfort based on local climatic conditions and variations.
